HelperGo / Agentbong is an award-winning health tech startup. Recently, the company won the Startup of the Year 2017 from Silicon Valley’s most prestigious event, Startup Grind.

Hong Kong is known for its busy city life. It is tough balance between work, family, and all the little chores so we developed the “HelperGo Platform” in the early part of 2015, with the goal of empowering Hong Kong people with more freedom, and improve the living quality for our loved ones.

We cooperate with different Hong Kong communities, aim to help our customers spend less time to look for a confinement nanny or babysitter. We can provide more job opportunities to mid-aged women and disadvantaged groups, assist them to get into the community and take care of their families at the same time.

HelperGo platform contains the helpers’ information, work history and comments from customers, in order to control the quality of their work and help them to find jobs more easily. All helpers are vetted. We verify their certificates and meet them to ensure their professions and quality.

Since late 2015, the company has offices in Singapore and Hong Kong and has helped thousands of families. We provide domestic helper, confinement nanny, babysitter and elder care services. We want to provide the best home care for you and your loved ones.
